Spring Professional Development Day

The PMI Keystone Chapter has reached a significant milestone. We now have 1000+ members! Welcome to all our new members and thank you to our existing members for continuing to support our Chapter!

As our Chapter grows, our need for volunteers to support our programs also grows! Volunteering with the Chapter is a great way to give back to the community and to the profession. It also provides unique opportunities to meet other project professionals and to gain skills and experience that promote your personal growth.

The 2017 Board of Directors is finalizing this year's calendar of Chapter events and activities to serve our growing community of project professionals. As a result, many new volunteer positions are being posted in the Volunteer Relationship Management System (VRMS) giving you, our members, a number of opportunities to give back to the profession as a volunteer and to earn PDUs while you're at it!

Opportunities in VRMS range from serving on teams and committees to filling specific roles like presenting project management concepts to middle school students or managing our quarterly newsletter.  The five branches in our chapter's geography depend on member volunteers to help develop monthly programs to bring to our members in those areas.  Below is a sampling of some volunteer opportunities in VRMS today, but check VRMS regularly as updates are frequent!

  • Branch Marketing Coordinators
