Ken Sher is an Executive Coach and Career Coach with 30 years of experience at Johnson & Johnson and Bristol-Myers Squibb. He also served as Vice President, Coaching Services at the Velocity Advisory Group coaching clients in positions ranging from first-line Manager to CEO. He launched his Executive Coaching and Career Coaching practice in 2015.

Curtis L. Jenkins is President of C.L. Jenkins & Associates an author of “The Only Job Search Book you will ever need!” and the upcoming book “The Art & Science of Vision to Reality!” Curtis is also a Project Management Professional where he serves as the Vice President of Project Management Office and Six Sigma Excellence for Solenis, LLC.

Dr. Heather Johnson is a scientist, an engineer, and a radical innovation scholar-practitioner with a doctoral degree from the University of Maryland Global Campus. She also has a master’s in quality management with a focus in engineering & technology from Eastern Michigan University. Dr. Heather Johnson is a certified quality auditor (CQA)both in the USA and Europe, quality management systems expert with over 30 years of experience, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with ISO expertise. She has extensive work experience living and working internationally in Europe, Africa, Asia and South America
