PMI Keystone Chapter Virtual Professional Development Day – November 7^th, 2020

Please join us for a PMI Keystone Chapter Day 1 of the Virtual Professional Development Event!

 

When: Saturday, November 7, 8:45 AM – 2:30 PM

Credit: 4 PDUs

Registration fee: $40 for members*, $50 for non-members, $25 for students*

Why Attend PDD?

Here’s your chance to discover the evolution of project management and where our profession’s future lies. Learn what’s trending in our profession, polish up on career skills, network with peers in a fun new environment, and collect PDUs.

These events will provide attendees with opportunities to sharpen their project management skills, learn new concepts and ideas, interact with peers from various industries, and earn 4 professional development units (PDUs) at an economical cost.  This is particularly important in these current virtual times, as achieving these goals are a new challenge for all professionals.

 

Theme:

The overall theme of the PDD is Adapting to a New Normal - how Project Managers are adapting to a post pandemic work environment.  We will have four speakers at each of the 3 events for a total of 12 speakers whose presentations will provide tips and insights into managing. communicating with and motivating remote teams.  Learn how to overcome team lethargy, succeed and even thrive in a virtual environment.

 

What do you get?

In addition to a total of 4 live presentations, each session will have a 1 hour lunch break during which participants may listen to short vendor presentations on a variety of project management, workflow and professional products and services.  Each event will also include a raffle with multiple prizes chosen to help you continue to achieve your educational goals and excel in your profession.  There will also be a unique and exciting virtual networking experience immediately following the final presentation of each event at 2:00 PM.
