The PMI Keystone Chapter's Winter PDD will be held on Saturday, February 24th at the York College Campus. Registration will be limited to 150 participants. Be sure to register now to ensure a spot at this event!
For most organizations today, projects are the strategic enablers that create high performance. However, while consistent application of project management methodologies and tools is now the baseline for most organizations, more sophisticated projects required more sophisticated project management and sponsor training to assure project outcomes or to avoid outright project failure. The well-studied root cause of project failure is ineffective project sponsor and project manager relationship in specific ways that can be avoided with an intentional re-design of that relationship to enhance teamwork and using new tools that help deliver measurable improvements in project outcomes. This professional development session will assume baseline knowledge of PM methodologies and tools and introduce sophisticated concepts involving managing change, culture and risk to improve strategic project outcomes for any organization in any industry.
Registration is $175.00 per professional.
