The PMI Keystone Chapter wants to connect with PMI members, Project Managers and the project management professional community to drive the field of project management forward in the Carlisle area.
We hope you will join us at our regular monthly meetings to learn how you can expand your network and collaborate with us to create and share consumable content, tools and resources.
Topic : Project Management & Personal Leadership
As project management professionals we often find ourselves responsible for results that we are not able to directly deliver
By being leaders with “soft skills” that colleagues wish to follow we can deliver for our organizations while motivating loyalty from those we lead
How do we accomplish this in practicality?
○Showing genuine care and concern for those on the teams we direct
○Demonstrating interest in the affairs of all members of our teams
○Painting the picture of how individual contributors roles link to organizational success
○Empowering others to efficiently contribute to delivering results
