PMI Keystone Chapter Carlisle Branch Dinner, Networking and Educational Event

The PMI Keystone Chapter wants to connect with PMI members, Project Managers and the project management professional community to drive the field of project management forward in the Carlisle area.
In addition to a feature presentation, we invite you hear about volunteer opportunities associated with regular local monthly meetings for the Project Management Community in Carlisle.
We hope you will join us at this ‘pilot meeting’ to learn how you can expand your network and collaborate with us to create and share consumable content, tools and resources.
Regular recurring events can offer a variety of topical sessions which would help you and your fellow Project Management community collect PDUs for maintaining your certification.
PMI Keystone Chapter volunteers will give a brief (15 minute) overview presentation on the PMI Keystone Chapter organization and volunteer opportunities in the Carlisle area.
The feature presentation will be as follows:

Topic: Hybrid Project Management
Overview of the PMBOK V6 and Agile Practice Guide, a review of hybrid project management and adopting an agile mindset. Why is this important and how did we get here? PMBOK V6 and Agile Practice Guide update, Methodologies overview, Hybrid project management, Agile mindset and Q&A

Time: Networking and dinner begins at 6:00 pm followed by the volunteer presentation and introduction at 6:30 pm and the Featured Speaker starting promptly at 7:00 pm
Location: Ahold USA, 1149 Harrisburg Pike, Carlisle, PA
PROTOCOL: Dress code is business or business casual. Main entrance is from park lot around back of the building.
COST: There is no charge for this meeting.
As with most PMI Keystone Chapter events, this is a no-cost session and is open to the public. If you have someone who you feel will benefit from this session, please feel free to invite them
