Implementing Project Portfolio Management

The PMI Keystone Chapter wants to connect with PMI members, Project Managers and the project management professional community to drive the field of project management forward in the Lehigh Valey area.

We hope you will join us at our regular monthly meetings to learn how you can expand your network and collaborate with us to create and share consumable content, tools and resources.

The feature presentation will be as follows:

TOPIC:  Implementing Project Portfolio Management

Is your organization ready for Project Portfolio Management? How do you know?   If you are ready, where do you start?

This presentation is primarily for one of three groups of people.  The first two groups are in smaller organizations or within a small business unit of a larger organization.  Both groups have expertise in project and program management.  The first group is exploring the use of project portfolio management and wants to understand it better.  The second group has already moved to project portfolio management and is looking to validate their experiences and perhaps improve.  The third group of people are members of a large project management organization, with very established project and portfolio management (PPM) practices and sophisticated PPM software.  This third group is benefiting from these practices, however certain individuals may not have been present at implementation and they want more background information to better understand their current environment
