How a Lean Six Sigma Mindset can Help Project Management

The PMI Keystone Chapter wants to connect with PMI members, Project Managers and the project management professional community to drive the field of project management forward in the Lehigh Valey area.

We hope you will join us at our regular monthly meetings to learn how you can expand your network and collaborate with us to create and share consumable content, tools and resources.

The feature presentation will be as follows:

TOPIC:  How a Lean Six Sigma Mindset can Help Project Management

We’ll explore basic concepts of Lean Six Sigma and how this mindset can help Project Managers manage projects more efficiently.  Additionally, this mindset can be applied not only to Project Managers but to Project Management Offices and Project Governance teams which provide oversight on projects by improving the governance process to remove waste and adopt a culture that questions current processes and identify problems not to place blame but to find sustainable solutions.
