The PMI Keystone Chapter wants to connect with PMI members, Project Managers and the project management professional community to drive the field of project management forward in the Lehigh Valey area. 

We hope you will join us at our regular monthly meetings to learn how you can expand your network and collaborate with us to create and share consumable content, tools and resources.

The feature presentation will be as follows:

TOPIC:    PMI standards for Organizational Project Management (OPM)

This presentation provides an overview of the latest PMI foundational standard that addresses the gap between PMI's project , program and portfolio standards, practice guides and establishing effective governance framework that supports a project-based organization. It also addresses practice recommendations for implementing and sustaining OPM improvment initiatives and benefits delivery. The standard can be downloaded by PMI members at 


SPEAKER: Joseph Sopko, PMP, MSP, P3O

Joe Sopko is an organizational project management expert consultant and trainer based near Allentown, PA and held the position of vice-chair on the core team committee that developed the PMI Standard for Organizational Project Management (OPM).  Joe’s background can be viewed on LinkedIn at https://www.linkedin.com/in/jsopko/

TIME:  Networking and snacks begins at 6:00 PM followed by the Featured Speaker starting promptly at 6:30 PM.

LOCATION: Eyer Middle School, 5616 Buckeye Rd, Macungie, PA 18062

Directions     :  Once you arrive at Eyer Middle School - Gate #19 (back side near School Bus Parking lot)

PROTOCOL: Dress code is business or business casual.  

COST: There is no charge for this meeting to Chapter members. A nominal fee of $5 will be charged to non-Chapter registrants and attendees. Chapter members must log-in to the Chapter website in order to receive the discount.
