Robert and April Davies will be presenting on diagnostic techniques for project time management. In their presentation, they will review PERT analysis, probability of completion, and cost time trade-offs.
Robert, a Lead Electrical Engineer at Pride Mobility Products Corp., has a decade of experience in electrical system design. Robert has expertise in analog circuit design, RF design, and embedded design. Robert is a graduate student at Wilkes University and is working towards his MS in Engineering Operations and Strategies. He is alumni of Penn State University’s Electronics Engineering Technology program. Robert’s work experience includes testing, design, systems, and engineering management. Robert has instructed electronics engineering at ITT Technical Institute in Dunmore, PA.
April is a Project Coordinator at TMG Health/Cognizant Technologies. She has a diverse range of experience in healthcare and financial services industries. April's skill set includes ten years of experience in executive level support and special projects in business environments. She has organized high performing teams across diverse settings. April earned her CAPM from PMI in June. She is earning a MS in Project Management with a concentration in Healthcare Administration from Colorado State Global Campus. She currently holds a MA in Communication Arts from Marywood University and a BA in Mass Communications.
