Presentation: Success Through Project Management: An After Action Report
Rich Radgoski led a critical project to provide emergency PM support. The Rockville Project required PM support in Scheduling, Action tracking, Risk Tracking and Mentoring. The project moved from Startup issues to full production challenges, and finally ended in a divestiture of the site. This presentation is an After Action Report for all three phases of this complicated effort. Please join us for Rich's report on this extraordinary project with its fascinating turns of events.
