Plan on joining your PMI Susquehanna Region colleagues as we continue the monthly events series.
As with most Susquehanna events, this is a no-cost session and is open to the public. If you have someone who you feel will benefit from this session, please feel free to invite them.
Title: What to do when PMs aren’t following your project management processes?
Description: So you’ve set up a project management methodology at your company and you think this will really make the difference. Projects will be managed more efficiently and quality issues will go away, right? This is just part one of an organizational transition toward an managed project management process. The second part is accomplished through quality assurance practices. Learn how to set up an effective, yet constructive quality assurance program that gives PMs both accountability and a voice at the same time.
Our Presenter: Katherine Di Crocco
Described by one CEO as a “driving force” for change and continuous improvement, I define strategic vision, assess current state and develop implementation plans to achieve process improvement goals. My model of choice to assess organizational maturity is the Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI). I also provide PMBOK-based PMP/CAPM certification as well as targeted project management training and mentorship. I have been called a “cat herder” and a “dot connector,” and can distill the bottom-line from the most convoluted discussions. These skills enable me to provide objective process improvement consultation to my customers and build implementation teams, helping to position organizations for scalability and high quality service delivery.
