Talent Triangle: 1 PDU - Leadership
Description: You’ve gone through your Project Management training, acquired your PMP and now you’re running a bigger project than ever before. Things are going well but there’s still seems to be something missing. Did you forget something important? Did you miss a step in the process? If the answer is no, it could be the management of the people that needs additional focus. This presentation focuses on the project’s people, efficiency and motivation to get the most out of everyone’s efforts. It emphasizes the importance of people management in conjunction with project management and will help you to keep the people interested, engaged and working their best.
