Newer methodologies have been developed to overcome this issue – such as Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Prince2, etc... This talk on Project Management Tools & Techniques focuses on 7 key steps to ensure speed, simplicity and success - without discussing methodology. This discussion will provide participants with a deepened understanding of why these project management, concepts, tools and techniques provide them with a greater ability to organize themselves for success and execute their own day-to-day work in a more efficient and effective manner using these 7 steps developed and refined by Curtis Jenkins over his career in several companies
