Overview
Whether you are an aspiring, mid-level, or senior project manager, there are things you can learn and do (actions you can take) to become more effective. Ray will share with you some things that have helped him deliver successful projects, salvage troubled projects, and build strong relationships while enjoying the journey and continuing to grow as a PM.

Ray joined the PMI Keystone Chapter almost 20 years ago when he received the PMP certification and began focusing exclusively on managing large IT projects. His employers and clients have included Tyco, IBM, Sun, GE, Highmark, KPMG, and the Commonwealth of PA. During this time, his projects have evolved from waterfall methods to hybrid to iterative frameworks with agile mindset. Ray is a Virginia Tech graduate, a community volunteer, and a member of local Toastmasters clubs for public speaking and leadership development.
