In this current competive hiring landscape, Brendan will explain how to hire resources, as well as how to market yourself, using real examples from both clients he works with currently, and candidates that presented very well and stood out against the competition.

Brendan attended Assumption College inisle Branch PMI Meeting - Worcester, MA and started in the IT Consulting/Staffing Industry in 2009. His first job was a technical recruiter for Sapphire Technologies which eventually became Randstad Technologies. From there he managed large off-shore projects for a consulting company and traveled to India several times. His next project was to help start the National Accounts team at Beacon Hill Staffing group, where he was one of the first 3 hired on the team which now does more than $300 million a year. At PeopleSERVE he manages the sales team and helps run the portfolio of accounts. They have a specialized data analytics product that comes with their services. They develop the product in Ukraine. Brendan lives in South Boston with his wife and 18 month old son Harry.
