PRESENTATION SUMMARY:

PMI®, in its efforts to embrace all things Agile, has seized upon the importance of urgency in all things project management.  In the project context, urgency is the notion that we need to get team members, customers, and management to understand that their role is not a lesser component of the work that we do.  It’s vital.  It’s important.  And because it’s the center of our universe, it’s urgent.  This workshop identifies three ways to get people to see your project as more urgent and how to get them to feel encouraged, rather than pressured, by that condition.
