We don’t find the connection between the power of the technology and the mission it should affect; we think we have solved it with Agile and UX/CX but we count the wrong things and we don’t make the implicit explicit. There’s a way we can engage the business, plan for value, and track out way there. Join us for an in-person session to learn how to maximize the concept of value management.
