Topic: Prioritizing Attendance at the Most Important Project Meetings

Description:  Despite the plethora of tools available for schedule management, missed attendances by team members and leaders at the most important project meetings is occurring during all project phases. This problem has potential to negatively affected the successful completion of critical action items by team members and leaders when not attending the most important project meetings. A possible cause of this problem is team members and leaders work on multiple simultaneous projects often resulting in conflicting meeting times. If we don't solve it, successful completion of critical action items and ultimately of project within scope, on-time and on budget will happen.

A tool is proposed and described for use by team members and leaders to prioritize their attendance at their most important project meetings.
