How IT Executives Drive Project Success through Project Alignment, Process Reinvention, and Leadership Excellence

Topic                     : How IT Executives Drive Project Success through Project Alignment, Process Reinvention, and Leadership Excellence

Presentation Description

There is a significant increase in technology-driven project requests as Companies seek to leverage technology as a strategic asset by identifying Digital Transformation initiatives that focus on enhancing customer value, improving operational processes, and re-engineering business models.

Governance is a significant obstacle to successfully implementing these programs and associated projects.

If you have an ineffective or immature project alignment, process reinvention, and leadership excellence model, these projects risk negatively impacting your business success.

Governance processes in these three areas need to be aligned with a mature strategic project governance model that reduces enterprise risk, ensures total alignment in project selection/execution, and enables your business to accomplish its strategy, goals, and objectives.

This presentation will provide you with a new Strategic Project Governance Model 2.0, a methodology framework, case study examples, a maturity assessment tool, and an implementation approach that will improve your strategic project governance competency and enable you to implement your programs and associated projects successfully
