Description: The new SimulTrain® Strategic Management workshop extends the application of the best-in-class project management, SimulTrain®, for supervisors through senior executives who want sharper strategic skills.
Teams of four compete in leading a five-year project and determine how to best choose projects, prioritize them, react to risks and opportunities, and make decisions in a realistically serious game. With the facilitation of a professional trainer, the main objectives are to:
- Obtain at least a Strategic Value of 80 points;
- Complete the five-year program with a positive cash balance of at least $20 million;
- Obtain an expected NPV of $50 million; and
- Make the program profitable in 3 years.
Earns 6 PDUs.
PROTOCOL: Dress code is business or business casual.
COST: $199 per participant. Only $159 if you register by February 23.
