York Branch: September 2019 Meeting
Topic: Unlocking Culture for Greater Project Management Effectiveness in the Age of Agile
Description: We'll share the journey that every project manager must take to recognize and use culture as a tool to finally unlock project success in the age of agile, where effectiveness is more defined by each company's unique culture and how it embraces agility more than by process. Effective operators carry weight that can steer the course of events. Learn to transcend project management dogma, embrace agility and unlock the power of company culture to drive effectiveness.
