Effectively Applying the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Personality Types to your Projects for Greater Project Success

The PMI Keystone Chapter wants to connect with PMI members, Project Managers and the project management professional community to drive the field of project management forward in the Lehigh Valey area.

We hope you will join us at our regular monthly meetings to learn how you can expand your network and collaborate with us to create and share consumable content, tools and resources.

The feature presentation will be as follows:

TOPIC: Effectively Applying the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Personality Types to your Projects for Greater Project Success

The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) assessment is a tool which is used by organizations to better understand their colleagues’ personality types in order to create more effective working relationships.  In this session, learn more about the MBTI and how to apply it to your projects and your career, helping you to be a more successful leader.  Discover the advantages and challenges of each of the 16 personality types and how each can work more effectively on a project team.
