Lehigh Valley Branch Nov 2019 Meeting

The PMI Keystone Chapter wants to connect with PMI members, Project Managers and the project management professional community to drive the field of project management forward in the Lehigh Valey area. 

We hope you will join us at our regular monthly meetings to learn how you can expand your network and collaborate with us to create and share consumable content, tools and resources.

The feature presentation will be as follows:

TOPIC: Manage Relationships, Not Projects

 The best Project Managers can breakdown all the key milestones of a project, assure that each milestone is accomplished on-time and under-budget, address problems along the way, and make course corrections as needed.

Leaders work with people to get things done to the benefit of all!  As a professional project manger this discussion will be focused on doing both.  In the end, good relationships get the job done

PROTOCOL: Dress code is business or business casual.  

COST: There is no charge for this meeting to Chapter members. A nominal fee of $5 will be charged to non-Chapter registrants and attendees. Chapter members must log-in to the Chapter website in order to receive the discount.
