Susquehanna Branch: December 2019 Meeting
The PMI Keystone Chapter wants to connect with PMI members, project managers and the project management professional community to drive the field of project management forward in the Harrisburg area.
We hope you will join us at our regular monthly meetings to learn how you can expand your network and collaborate with us to create and share consumable content, tools and resources.
The feature presentation will be as follows:
TOPIC: “655 Acres Dedicated to the Heroes of Flight 93: The Tale of State Game Lands 93, the Richard J. Guadagno Habitat Area, and the Guadagno Memorial Trail”
Learn more about the many moving parts involved for the Pennsylvania Game Commission to bring State Game Lands 93, the Richard J. Guadagno Habitat Area, and The Guadagno Trail from initial concept to reality -- how the vision for this effort first came to be; defining the scope, scale, and approach to the projects; identifying and engaging stakeholders at the state, local, and federal level; securing fund to support the project(s); coordinating communications and messaging; acquiring the land and other resources necessary to ensure quality/success; strategic considerations; and leadership insights.

COST: There is no charge for this event for Keystone Chapter members. A small fee of $5 is charged to all non-Keystone Chapter members and guests. If you know of an organization or individual who would benefit from this session, please extend the invitation to them.
