Reading Branch: March 2020 Dinner and Networking Event

The PMI Keystone Chapter wants to connect with PMI members, Project Managers and the project management professional community to drive the field of project management forward  in the Reading area.

We invite you to come meet with us to expand your network by attending the recently resurrected Reading Branch Monthly Meeting. We invite you to collaborate with us to create and share consumable content, tools and resources that will help you improve your skills and learn how to approach new challenges from people who have faced similar obstacles in the past.

Regular recurring events can offer a variety of topical sessions which would help you collect PDUs for maintaining your certification.

Presentation Summary:

Which of the 5 Process Groups is the most difficult?  Monitoring and Controlling would be most PM’s guess.  All learn how to individually handle S, C, Q, T but there is a better tool which shows the integration of these measures- Earned Value Management.  Come join us to learn how this method can ease the pain of monitoring and controlling.
