TOPIC: 50 years of Agile and Artificial Intelligence; A Project Manager's View
PRESENTATION SUMMARY:
The presentation is about the evolution of Agile and Artificial Intelligence, and how Risk Management can be a critical success factor in their use to manage projects. Agile delivery, which started in manufacturing decades before the publication of the Manifesto for Agile Software Development in 2001 as an alternative to Lean Six Sigma, needs to adapt to a different business environment than when the Agile frameworks were developed. Artificial Intelligence failed to deliver twice, the two 'winters', and is now considered as the next big thing in Project Management.
Transformational changes, like Agile and AI, come with risk, and risk must be managed.
