TOPIC: AI In Action: The Journey of Successful Integration of Artificial Intelligence into
Organizational DNA 

PRESENTATION SUMMARY: 

As artificial intelligence moves from hype to operational reality, organizations must do
more than adopt tool; they must embed AI into their very DNA. This session explores the
strategic, cultural, and infrastructural elements required to successfully integrate AI at
an organizational level. Drawing on real-world insights from different industries and
references, the talk outlines how AI can move beyond isolated pilots to become a
sustainable, value-driving capability.
Key topics include the foundational requirements for AI-readiness such as modular
content strategies, real-time data ecosystems, governance frameworks, and workforce
enablement. As well as the mindset shift leaders must embrace to create an AI
powered culture. Attendees will learn how to identify organizational blockers, design
intelligent workflows, and scale AI initiatives in a way that aligns with long-term
business transformation goals.
This talk is designed for decision-makers seeking practical guidance on building AI
maturity and embedding intelligence into the core of how their organizations think,
operate, and grow.

PRESENTER: Hesham Hamdy, MBA, PMP, cDMP  

Hesham Hamdy is a strategic Marketing Director, keynote speaker, and podcaster with
over two decades of leadership across the pharmaceutical industry in the Middle East
and Africa (MEA). He specializes in AI-powered customer engagement, digital
transformation, and business model innovation.
In 2025, Hesham spoke at key industry events including the Product Marketing Summit –
Dubai, Seamless Middle East, PMI Poland Chapter Study Group, and the Pharma
Promotion Congress in Egypt. He also co-leads a 20-hour digital marketing training
program for the pharma sector and mentors professionals in the PMI Poland Chapter
Mentorship Program.
Hesham is featured in several digital marketing podcasts, including an upcoming series
with Egyptian business influencer Mahmoud Bravo. His work has earned global
recognition, including the AVA Digital Platinum Award 2025 and finalist honors at the Eye
for Pharma Awards. He holds an MBA, PMP, cDMP, and a Diploma in Sales Management
and Marketing.
