TOPIC: Ethics in the Agile Enterprise. Mapping Agile values to PMI's Code of Ethics and professional conduct

SUMMARY: Nowadays one of the most mentioned topics related to Agile is the Agile Mindset. Although this is not mentioned in the Manifesto for Agile Software Development or any of the Agile Software development frameworks that inspired the Manifesto for Agile Software development, there is a common assumption that the "Agile mindset" means flexibility, collaboration, continuous learning to deliver value in an iterative and incremental way.

The webinar is an analysis of how this perceived Agile values are aligned with traditional professional codes of ethics, including PMI's Code of Ethics and Professional conduct. Are Agile values something new, that emerged after 2001, something new that is in contradiction with traditional professional values? What is the difference between ethics and morals and how ethics and professional conduct can ensure a successful transition to Agile project management.
