SPEAKER: Khushboo Tibrewala, PMP
Khushboo Tibrewala is a seasoned Program Manager and Strategic Cost Lead with sixteen years of experience specializing in large-scale capital projects across global sectors including mission-critical data centers, commercial aviation, and industrial construction. Currently, Khushboo serves as the Strategic Cost Lead at Google, where they are responsible for managing capital expenditure funding for multiple projects and programs globally. In this role she spearhead strategic initiatives to enhance long-term growth and scalability through more accurate an efficient cost management and is accountable for standardizing capital planning for the vast portfolio of active construction projects.
Throughout her career at firms like Faithful & Gould now AtkinsRéalis, she has consistently demonstrated business acumen by translating project controls into organizational value. Some of the highlights include:
1) Successfully managing projects and programs budgets ranging from $5K to $1B+.
2) Driving regional business development and annual revenue growth, while increasing company profitability by utilizing global team collaboration.
3) Developing program controls and preforming forensic analysis to deliver projects on schedule and save clients over $1M.
With deep expertise in Project Controls - including Planning, Scheduling, Estimating, Change Management Khushboo Tibrewala possesses the technical proficiency to ensure successful project delivery and financial integrity.
Khushboo Tibrewala holds a Master in Science in Construction Management from Texas A&M University and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
