TOPIC: Adapting and Evolving: Project Management in the AI World

SUMMARY: In today's fast-paced digital era, project managers are not just managing timelines and deliverables — we’re navigating constant transformation. One of the most powerful forces reshaping how we work is Artificial Intelligence.
This training, "Adapting and Evolving: Project Management in the AI World," is designed to help you understand and embrace how AI can enhance your role, streamline workflows, and elevate communication. Whether you're working in Agile, Waterfall, or a hybrid model, AI is no longer a future concept — it’s a tool we can leverage today.
Through real-world use cases, hands-on exercises, and practical demos, we’ll explore how PMs can use AI not just to keep up with change — but to lead it.

How can teams turn mistakes into learning opportunities without assigning blame? What if accountability encourages innovation instead of fear? Are you ready to explore a blame-free lessons-learned framework that boosts morale, promotes continuous improvement, and accelerates project success?
