Course Description:

• Demonstrate knowledge of key leadership skills, traits, and approaches
• Identify and implement conflict resolution strategies
• Demonstrate knowledge of project best practices and processes
• Demonstrate knowledge of project tools and procedures for the implementation of formal project management methodologies
• Demonstrate knowledge of communication management approaches, team development, and motivational theories.
• Demonstrate knowledge of agile framework including scrum methodology.

• Discounts will be offered to current PMI Keystone members. Membership should be current at the time of registration.
• Payment problems should be reported within two business days of registration.
• $25 processing fee will apply to all cancellation requested until May 25, 2020.
• No refund will be offered after May 25, 2020.
• Cancellation fee will be deducted from the total registration fee paid to determine the refund amount.
