Topic                     :    PMI's Talent Triangle

The presentation will focus on PMI's Talent Triangle covering its purpose, how it applies and how to meet the requirements for its design, and how to report PDUs.

Presenter            : Bernadine Douglas

 Ms. Douglas is an accomplished management and project management consultant. Her areas of expertise and interest are leadership competencies, strategic management, risk management, supporting technologies with an emphasis on decision making and problem solving, and communications-motivation-relationship building. She is an adjunct professor, Technology Director for the PMI Keystone Chapter, a member of the International Association of Business Analysts, a member of PMI, and is pursuing her Doctor of Management at University of Maryland Global Campus (UMGC). Ms. Douglas holds Master’s and Bachelor’s of Science degrees in Computer Systems Management-Information Resources Track; and received her Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from Project Management Institute (PMI).

CREDITS               :  Attendees must enter the 1 PDU for the monthly meetings into the CCRS system. PDUs for monthly meetings do not get updated automatically for attendees.
