Presenter : Alok Patnaik, Director of Engineering, Dun & Bradstreet, Center Valley, PA
Alok Patnaik is a technology leader with more than a decade of experience in leading projects, programs and initiatives. As a Director of Engineering at Dun & Bradstreet, he sets project execution strategies for various projects based on their size, complexity and urgency. His key expertise is in fraud prevention and he is currently responsible for the areas of operations technology involving customer service, data quality, and facilities. Alok has a bachelor’s degree in information technology and is a certified PMP, certified Scrum Master and a Team Kanban Practitioner.
