Leading Change within the Project Management Team

Topic                     :    Lehigh Valley PMI Meeting - Leading Change within the Project Management Team

Presentation Description

PMs have the high-altitude view of the entire project, while each BA has deep understanding of their area. Whether your project has a dedicated Change Management person or not, the PMs and BAs' positions enable them to drive and support adoption and business readiness at all levels...as long as they work together!
This session will provide practical tips for leading change and explore how PMs and BAs can contribute to change management through the work they're already doing.
