Dr. Douglas is the Technology Director for the PMI Keystone Chapter. Throughout Pennsylvania, she currently serves as an adjunct professor and a mentor for the Master’s of Organizational Leadership program at Muhlenberg College in Allentown; as an adjunct professor at Lehigh Carbon Community College and Northampton College, and as an General Education Degree (GED) instructor at The Literacy Center of Allentown. Courses she regular teaches are Project Management, Quality Assurance, Adobe software products, client-side scripting for javascript programming, and General Education Degree (GED) Math. Some of the past undergraduate level courses taught were data mining, information technology management, and information and process engineering. Bernadine held positions to include, but not limited to, a global senior IT project manager; a local executive, website systems administrator, and establishing project management offices.
Bernadine has been married for a little over 40 years and has an adult daughter and son and three grandsons. Bernadine recently authored, “Leadership Development for Millennials and Generation Z: A Systematic Review
