Ways of Working

TOPIC:

Change Management

PRESENTATION SUMMARY:

Have you ever been assigned a project in which organizational change is the objective?  This change could be a new Enterprise Resource Planning (EPR) system, a new corporate-wide software program implementation, outsourcing a department, or organizational layoffs.  How do you do such a project?  What tools are available to assist the project manager?  This presentation is designed to provide you with tools to help you be successful in such a project.  It will look at various techniques a project manager could use, as well as techniques to overcome organizational resistance to the change.
