Description: In 2018, US Hydrations installed a $20M state-of-the-art manufacturing line. Join us at the April PMI Northeast Branch Meeting, where we will tour the new manufacturing line at the facility located in the Grimes Industrial Park. During the event, there will be a presentation by the Rudra Upadhyayaw, Director of Engineering, who oversaw the installation of the manufacturing line. He will summarize the challenges, successes, and lessons learned during the project's lifecycle.

Biography: Rudra Upadhyaya, Director of Engineering
- Previously worked for PepsiCo as a Project Management Consultant
- Managed over 15 R&D projects from Initiation to Close Out in a stage gate process
- Worked for US Hydrations for 2.5 years; currently Director of Engineering
- Successfully managed a $2mm Manufacturing Line Upgrade Project
- Brown Field Project
- Replaced 50% of the Line Equipment including a Lowerater, Rinser, Filler, Capper, and Wrapper
- Secured PepsiCo Lifewater business; first plant in the US to produce Lifewater
- Successfully managed a $20mm Manufacturing Line Installation -- THIS IS THE PRESENTATION TOPIC
- Brown Field Project
- Completed within 9 months; Secured contract with new customer – Core
- Currently managing two $1mm Upgrade Projects
- Successfully managed a $2mm Manufacturing Line Upgrade Project
