Calendar of Events

Please make every effort to participate in this meeting, we are starting off our new season and are looking from input from you for us to keep the Northeast Branch viable.
5:30 – 6:00 – networking & dinner (pizza, salad, and drinks)
6:00 – 7:00 – Stakeholder Management Best Practices with small & large group discussions (this was very popular in the old days … say 2013ish)
7:00 – 8:00 – Discuss the future of the Northeast Branch (the good, the bad, and the ugly) utilizing parts of a SWOT analysis to help identify opportunities in addition to future topics & presentation modes.

note: we did something similar when we first proposed a Northeast Branch back in 2006 to address the needs of project managers in the Scranton, Wilkes-Barre, and Hazleton areas. You didn’t need to be a PMI member back then and you don’t need to be a member now to participate in our meetings.
